Overview
The Integrations page within Account Settings allows you to connect Perlon AI with your company’s CRM.
Note: Perlon AI allows a two-way sync with supported CRMs.
Connecting your CRM enables seamless synchronisation of lead data and campaign activity. Once integrated, you can:
Import leads directly from your CRM into into the platform
Automatically send new prospects to your CRM
Sync campaign activities (e.g., replies, link clicks, engagement signals)
Keep outreach activity aligned with your sales pipeline
Supported CRMs
Perlon AI currently integrates with:
Salesforce
HubSpot
Pipedrive
Zoho CRM
How to Connect Your CRM
Click Account Settings in the bottom-left corner of the platform.
Select Settings.
Click Integrations.
Click Connect next to your CRM.
Follow the on-screen prompts to authorize the integration.
(Authorization steps may vary depending on the CRM.)
Once successfully connected, you will see a Connected button next to the CRM.
How CRM Sync Works
The platform uses a two-way sync model, meaning that prospect data can move both from your CRM into the platform and from the platform back into your CRM.
Importing Leads from Your CRM
You can pull leads directly from your CRM into the platform.
Please note:
Leads must be part of a CRM list.
Each lead must contain required fields, including:
A valid email address
A LinkedIn profile URL (if your campaign includes LinkedIn steps in the future)
If required data is missing, Perlon AI will attempt to enrich the contact automatically using our prospect database.
If enrichment is successful → the lead can be added to your campaign.
If enrichment fails → the system may not be able to include the lead in the campaign.
Sending Prospects to Your CRM
How prospects are pushed to your CRM depends on how they were added.
Prospect Search via Perlon AI
If you source prospects using Perlon AI’s prospect search feature, those contacts will automatically sync to your connected CRM. No additional action is required.
Uploading a File to a Campaign
If you upload prospects via a CSV file on the campaign page, they will not automatically sync to your CRM.
To push uploaded prospects to your CRM:
Enable the toggle “Sync new prospects to CRM” during the prospect upload process.
If this toggle is not enabled, the uploaded prospects will remain only within the platform and will not be sent to your CRM.
