Overview
On the Integrations page of the Account Settings you will be able to connect your company’s CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot as well as your personal LinkedIn profile.
Connecting your CRM with Perlon AI will allow you to seamlessly receive inbound emails, prospect leads as well as various campaign activities (such as email link clicked alerts) generated throughout your campaign. Connecting your LinkedIn personal profile will allow you to incorporate LinkedIn connection requests and messages into your campaign as part of a sequence.

Log into your Perlon AI account
Click on Account Settings in the bottom left corner and select Settings
Click on Integrations
Click Connect next to the desired CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Follow the steps as prompted to authorise the integration depending on the CRM (below example is for HubSpot integration)
Once done, you will see Connected button next to the desired CRM
Here you will be able to connect your personal LinkedIn profile with your Perlon AI account. We strongly recommend connecting your LinkedIn profile as it allows for additional outreach options during your campaign (such as the ability to incorporate both connection requests and messages into your campaign sequence).
To connect your LinkedIn profile simply click on the Connect LinkedIn button and follow the sign-in steps as prompted.
Make sure you remember your LinkedIn password as you would need to enter it when connecting your accounts.
