Overview

Our unified inbox is a centralised email management system that consolidates all of the connected campaign mailboxes into a single, streamlined interface. It allows you to view, organise, and respond to all the campaign emails in one place.

Anytime you receive a new email into your unified inbox an email notification will also be sent to your primary email address to ensure that you never miss a new incoming lead.

Here is a list of currently available features.

Inbox & Archived Tabs

Lets you view current and archived emails.

Campaign Filter

Lets select a specific campaign, multiple campaigns or all. You can also filter by Date (All Time, Last Week, Last Month or Last Quarter).

Archive button

Lets you archive emails. Once archived the email will be available under the Archived tab.

Forward button

Lets you forward any selected email. You will be able to:

  • Add a recipient

  • Update the subject line

  • Select a sender email address/mailbox (by default your primary email address will be selected but can be changed by clicking on the dropdown and selecting a different email address)

  • Edit the body of the email

  • Format the text in the body of the email

Reply button

Lets you reply to any inbound email you receive through running your campaigns. You will also be able to:

  • Update the subject line

  • Select a sender email address/mailbox (by default your primary email address will be selected but can be changed by clicking on the dropdown and selecting a different email address)

  • Edit the body of the email

  • Format the text in the body of the email

  • Attach files
