Overview
The Preferences section within Account Settings allows you to control how exclusion lists are applied during prospect searches.
The available setting ensures that prospects on your exclusion lists are automatically filtered out during the enrichment process.
Enable Exclusion-Based Filtering
To enable exclusion-based filtering:
Click Account Settings in the bottom-left corner of the platform.
Select Settings.
Click Preferences.
Toggle Exclusion-based filtering on prospect search on.
When enabled, the platform will automatically exclude prospects that match your exclusion lists during prospect search and enrichment.
Why Enable This Setting
Enabling exclusion-based filtering helps:
Prevent duplicate outreach
Maintain cleaner prospect lists
Ensure suppression lists are respected
Improve overall campaign hygiene
We recommend keeping this setting enabled for better list management and outreach accuracy.
