Overview
Connecting your CRM allows Perlon to import prospects, sync campaign activity, and help prevent outreach to contacts that shouldn't be contacted. Connecting only takes a few minutes.
Before connecting your CRM, make sure you:
Have administrator access to your Perlon workspace.
Have permission to connect third-party applications to your CRM.
Know which CRM you want to connect.
Note: A workspace can only have one CRM connected at a time.
Connecting your CRM
Open Settings.
Select Integrations.
Find your CRM and click Connect.
Sign in to your CRM when prompted.
Review the requested permissions.

Manual exclusion lists within Perlon will continue to work as normal.
Reconnecting your CRM
If your CRM connection expires or is revoked, Perlon will notify your workspace administrators.
