Overview
Every campaign has a status that tells you at a glance whether it's actively sending, and a per-prospect activity view that shows exactly where each individual lead is in the sequence.
Together these two views are the best way to check on a campaign's health and spot anything that needs your attention.
Campaign Status Badge
The status badge sits on the campaign header and shows one of the following:
Live - the campaign is fully active and sending as scheduled
Partially running - part of the campaign is active, but something is limiting it (see the reason shown alongside the badge)
Not running - the campaign is not currently sending
Paused - the campaign has been manually paused
Draft - the campaign hasn't been launched yet
NOTE: When a campaign has the Partially running status, a short reason is shown alongside the badge, for example "Account disconnected," "Account setup needed," or "Your activity is paused."
Per-Prospect Activity Timeline
Each prospect in a campaign has their own activity timeline showing exactly where they are in the sequence:
Queued - the prospect is queued for the current/next step of the campaign
Scheduled - the email/message is generated and scheduled for sending
Sending - the email/message is currently being sent to the prospect
Sent - the email/message was sent to the prospect
Replied - the prospect has replied back
Opened - the email was opened by the prospect
Completed - the prospect has either completed the entire campaign sequence or replied to one of the LinkedIn steps
Skipped - one or more of the campaign steps have been skipped (click into the prospect for additional details)
Failed - one or more of the campaign steps have failed (click into the prospect for additional details)
Cancelled - one or more of the campaigns steps were cancelled (click into the prospect for additional details)
Running Normally vs Error vs Stuck
Use the status badge and the prospect timeline together to work out what's happening:
Running normally - the campaign badge shows Live, and prospects show queued, scheduled, or sent activity.
Error - the badge or a prospect row shows a specific reason, such as a disconnected account, an unverified email, or a message that couldn't be generated.
Stuck - typically caused by a full review queue, a paused sender, or a disconnected account. All of these will show up as a reason in the badge or the prospect timeline.
Checking a Campaign's Health
Check the Campaign Status Badge on the campaign header first
If the badge shows a reason, resolve that first (for example, reconnect a disconnected account)
If the badge shows Live but something still feels off, open the Prospects tab and review the per-prospect activity timeline
Look for any prospects showing Waiting or Failed and read the reason shown against them
NOTE: If you've checked both views and you're still not sure why a campaign isn't behaving as expected, get in touch with us through the live chat (bottom right of the screen) and we'll take a look.
