Overview
LinkedIn caps how much outreach any single account can send, and Perlon AI applies its own safeguards on top of that to keep your account healthy. Limits apply at three levels: your LinkedIn account itself, your LinkedIn Premium/Sales Navigator subscription and the individual campaign.
Connection Request Limits
Two safeguards work together:
Per LinkedIn account - up to 20 connection requests per day (and 100 per week)
Per LinkedIn Premium/Sales Navigator account - up to 40 connection requests per day (and 200 per week)
Per campaign - a configurable limit, defaulting to 20 per day
NOTE: Perlon AI automatically dials an account back if LinkedIn starts throttling it, to help keep the account safe.
Recommended Daily Volumes
Staying at or below these ceilings keeps a LinkedIn account healthy:
Activity | Recommended Daily Ceiling |
Connection requests | 20 (default) or 40 (SalesNav/Premium) |
Messages | 150 |
Profile visits | 25 |
InMails | 25 |
Are Limits Per Campaign or Per Account?
Both apply, but the binding limit is per LinkedIn account. If several campaigns share the same LinkedIn account, they all draw from that one account's daily and weekly capacity - so the account cap is the real ceiling, no matter how many campaigns are running against it.
IMPORTANT: Campaign-level limits sit on top of the account-level limits. Setting a high limit on a campaign won't override what LinkedIn or your account tier allows.
Adjusting Your Campaign's LinkedIn Limit
Access the campaign you'd like to adjust
Click into the Settings tab
Open the Volume section
Set your desired daily connection request limit and click Apply LinkedIn settings
NOTE: If you're running multiple campaigns from the same LinkedIn account, keep the combined total across all of them within the account-level limits above.
